We ship orders via USPS or UPS ground. Delivery time is usually between 3-7 business days depending on your geographic location. Shipments made to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped using USPS. Changing or canceling an order
It is our goal to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. For this reason, we are unable to edit (add or subtract items) or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please double check both the items in your order and your shipping address prior to placing your order, for this cannot be updated once an order is placed.
While we hope you love our candles, we know that sometimes orders just aren't a fit. We accept returns on all unused product purchased on our website within 30 days of shipment. All candles must be unused and in original condition (no packaging removed, cut wicks, etc.). After 30 days your return may be subject to a restocking fee.
Please include a copy of your receipt in the package and return product to us using the carrier of your choice. We do not provide return labels. Returns should be addressed to: Mole Hollow Candles, 208 Charlton Rd. (P.O. Box 223), Sturbridge MA 01566. Items sold through any of our retailers should be returned to the store at which they were purchased in accordance with their return policy.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive damaged candles, please call Customer Service at (800) 445-6653 immediately upon receiving your order. We will work with you to ensure that you receive a satisfactory replacement.
Massachusetts sales tax (6.25%) is collected for all orders shipping within the state.
