Domestic Orders

In an effort to provide the most cost effective solutions to our customers, we ship the majority of our orders via USPS. Orders may be sent via UPS ground if it is selected at checkout or depending on the delivery location and size of your order. Shipments made to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped using USPS. 

We do not offer overnight or expedited shipping. We are unable to guarantee arrival times as they are subject to carrier capacity and potential delays. 

Mole Hollow is not responsible for lost, stolen or "missing" packages. Please submit a safe address and monitor tracking for your order. Once a package shows as delivered we are unable to obtain additional information from our partner carriers.

Shipping to Canada

We offer standard shipping to Canada via UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout and transit times will vary. All international orders are final sale.

Changing an Order

It is our goal to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. For this reason, we are unable to edit orders once they have been placed. Please double check both the items in your order and your shipping address prior to placing your order.

Returns + Exchanges

All purchases from Mole Hollow Candles are final sale. Please make color, scent and size selections carefully as our candles cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items sold through any of our retailers should be returned or exchanged to the store at which they were purchased in accordance with their policies.

Damaged Items + Missing Packages

In the event damage occurs during shipping, please report any issues along with supporting photos (required) within three (3) days of delivery to info@molehollowcandles.com. Mole Hollow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or damages that occur once package(s) are received.

Sales Tax 

Massachusetts sales tax (6.25%) is collected for all orders shipping within the state.

Packing Materials

We use recyclable cardboard boxes and biodegradable starch peanuts to pack and ship each of our orders. Cardboard boxes may be recycled along with normal paper/cardboard recycling, and starch peanuts can be composted, dissolved in water, or recycled according to local guidelines.
